1 · Scope

This policy applies to digital products sold by ALO Production, including DaVinci Resolve scripts, tools, license keys, downloadable files, templates, and related digital assets.

2 · Digital Delivery

Products are digital goods. After payment is confirmed, the system may immediately deliver a license key, download link, or activation information by email and/or on the payment completion page.

3 · No-Reason Returns

Because these products are digital content delivered immediately after purchase, delivered license keys and download links are generally not eligible for no-reason cooling-off returns. The checkout flow asks you to acknowledge this before payment.

4 · Cases We May Review

  • ·Payment was successful, but a system issue on our side prevented delivery of the license key or download link.
  • ·The product has a confirmed defect that prevents normal use, and we cannot provide a reasonable fix or workaround.
  • ·You accidentally placed a duplicate order for the same product and the duplicate license has not been activated.

Each request is reviewed case by case. We recommend trying available free versions, trial downloads, or trial credits before purchasing.

5 · Cases Usually Not Eligible

  • ·The license key or download link has already been delivered and there is no verified product defect.
  • ·The issue is caused by the user's environment, third-party software, API provider fees, account limits, or unsupported hardware.
  • ·The purchase was made by mistake or the purchaser changed their mind after delivery.
  • ·The request is submitted more than 30 days after purchase.

6 · How to Request Review

  1. Contact us through the contact page or email support from the purchase email.
  2. Include your order number, purchase email, product name, issue description, and any screenshots or logs that help verify the issue.
  3. We normally respond within 7 business days. Complex technical checks may require up to 14 business days.
  4. If approved, refunds are returned through the original payment method. Bank or payment provider processing time may vary.

7 · Policy Changes

We may update this policy as products, payment flows, or legal requirements change. Completed orders remain subject to the policy version presented at the time of purchase, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
